• we create a comprehensive design project specification that exclusively features actual finishing materials, furniture, sanitary ware, lighting, decor, and textiles within the approved general estimate category. This approach enables us to execute the design project without any compromises and in line with the agreed visualizations.

The duration of the project ranges from 6 to 12 weeks, depending on its complexity.

The design project documentation does not encompass work projects relating to engineering calculations of structural loads, power electrical part, ventilation, heating, sewerage, air conditioning, smart house, and other unspecified works.

These works are executed by specialized subcontractors.

The cost of author supervision is dependent on several factors such as the size of the object, the number of required visits, the need for approvals, the location of the object, the complexity of the work, and other related factors.

Author supervision is not included in the project works' cost and must be contracted separately.

The estimated cost for author supervision starts from $250 per month.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

Author supervision entails the following:

• regular visits to the site at least once a week to oversee the work's progress based on technical documentation
• providing guidance to the client, interacting with the foreman
• making necessary modifications and corrections to the working project without altering the project's conceptual aspects
• consultations and collaboration with affiliated organizations/suppliers
• assisting in resolving issues that arise during the implementation of the design project
• maintaining an author's supervision journal that details the completed tasks and identified shortcomings
• conducting photographic documentation


Management services include:

• accompanying the customer to salons and shops to select furniture, finishing materials, lighting equipment, sanitary ware, accessories, textiles, and other related items
• selecting and coordinating finishing materials on-site
• searching for and obtaining commercial offers from suppliers and contractors while ensuring the availability and delivery terms and conditions meet expectations
• monitoring the official order and delivery of finishing materials and furniture based on the approved work schedule
• purchasing all materials as per the confirmed estimate (if required)
• coordinating the delivery schedule of all items specified in the project's specifications with the construction work schedules
• providing assistance in resolving issues related to defective or incomplete items, including helping customers with claim work
• keeping financial statements (if necessary)

The fundamental price for creating an architectural project is $15 per square meter. However, several factors influence the final cost, such as the project's complexity, number of floors, area, location, among others. Thus, the ultimate price for an architectural project should be determined on a case-by-case basis.

The pricing is determined based on the assigned tasks and deadlines, with an estimated cost starting from $300.

Decoration is the ultimate stage in enhancing your interior design, encompassing the selection of accessories, textiles, paintings, and other decorative items.

With over a fifteen years of experience in interior design, I am driven by an unyielding passion to constantly push the boundaries and elevate my craft. My foundation lies in my specialized education, which has provided me with the knowledge and expertise necessary to deliver exceptional results.

From 2003 to 2008, I pursued my Master's degree in "Computer Design of Interior and Furniture" at KNUTD Kyiv National University of Technology and Design. During this time, I honed my skills and developed a keen eye for detail, which I have since applied to numerous successful projects.

Seeking to expand my horizons, I completed a one-year study program in Italy, where I earned my Master in Interior Design from the Instituto Europeo di Design in Milan in 2012. This invaluable experience broadened my perspective and provided me with the opportunity to experiment boldly and delve even deeper into the world of design.

Beyond my specialized education, I have also pursued training in related fields to complement and enhance my expertise. In 2009, I completed the "European Floristry" course, while in 2019, I took the "Visual Merchandising and Window Dressing" course at the Kiev Fashion Institute. Most recently, in 2020, I completed an online course on "Visual Merchandising in Stores of the Fashion Industry" offered by VMC Education.

I believe that life experiences and exposure to various cultures and influences are just as important as formal education. That's why I enjoy staying active, socializing, traveling, and visiting specialized exhibitions and museums. These experiences, along with my love for gastronomy, help me maintain my energy and rhythm.

From my earliest memories, I have always been able to generate fresh, innovative ideas and bring them to fruition. Creativity, for me, is the essence and purpose of life.

My education includes attending a general education school and a music school, where I studied piano and was a laureate in city piano competitions. Music has been an integral part of my life from childhood to the present day.

After completing school, I developed a strong interest in design. From 2002 to 2007, I studied at Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, where I majored in Computer Design of Interior and Furniture. Subsequently, in 2007, I enrolled in the "School of Art Management" at the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, and the Association of Art Galleries of Ukraine in Kyiv. Additionally, I undertook advanced training at the National Academy of Managers of Culture and Arts in Kyiv, specifically in the field of Environmental Design between 2006-2007.

Between 2009 and 2016, I worked as a designer-compounder in Ukraine's leading company, "Exclusive Group." I attended a practical course on the design of modern kitchens with the supervision of production workshops in Piscara, Italy, in 2014. Further, I pursued professional development at the Russian National University of Tourism and Service from 2015 to 2016, where I completed the program "Visual Merchandising and Window Display" via distance education in Moscow.

In 2017, I won the annual competition "Vernissage of Serving Dishes" at the ProMaisonShow International Exhibition in Kyiv. I am a frequent attendee of professional exhibitions, performances, and events in Ukraine and Europe.

With my university classmate, I established the design studio "Goodmood Studio" in 2017. With extensive experience in various areas of design, our studio undertakes a broad range of projects.

Our central philosophy revolves around creating "ecological products," whether it is an apartment interior, a small garden for meditation, or a luxury boutique of a French crystal brand. Ecology encompasses the simple things that inspire people - comfort, ergonomics, harmony of color and form, and conscious understanding of oneself and one's life in the universe.
